  • Avoid rough handling

Returns & Exchange
  • Accepted only if wrong or damaged item received, reported within 24 hours
  • No return for size, polish tone, or design preference
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless it’s our error

  • Dispatched in 1–3 working days
  • Courier delays are beyond our control

  • Do not iron directly on zari, stones, or embroidery
  • Fabric care instructions mentioned per item
Returns & Exchange
  • Accepted only for wrong/damaged items, informed within 24 hours
  • No return for color mismatch or change of mind
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Custom-stitched sarees cannot be returned
